RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY:

All items purchased are final sale, and we will not be able to offer returns or refunds for these items. 

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:

All orders are eligible to be cancelled up to 48 hours after purchase. Once this time has passed, you will not be eligible.

SHIPPING POLICY:

All orders take 2-4 business days before arriving to you. Each item is hand-crafted and high quality. We ship out all orders from our home in Ohio, USA. Each order will be shipped with free stickers and poly mailers.

Please note, once we ship your package, we are not responsible for any issues or delays with UPS/USPS because we are not a shipping carrier. If package is lost, that is the UPS/USPS responsibility to claim and locate package. If you do not accept your package and it is returned to FLO3, you must cover the reshipping fees. 

As of 2024, we are only shipping to the USA, and not international.

Does my package ship with anything else?

Yes! Each order we include free stickers. Each product will also come in a reusable poly mailer bag.

Will there be a sale on any current products?

From time to time we do tend to run temporary sales especially around the holidays. If you are looking to get 20% off right now, just join our SMS list.

Are there returns?

All sales are final. This means there are no returns once your item has been ordered/shipped. We do allow a 48 hour grace period to cancel your order or request a refund.
