The ³ in our name stands for the three things we're always trying to keep in sync. When one is off, you feel it everywhere. When all three line up, things get easier. That's flow.

Mind: quiet the noise and think clearly.

Body: move every day, at your own pace.

Soul: let go and let God lead the way.

Where we came from 

flo³ started in 2022 in Ohio, as a brother and sister making clothes we wanted to wear, still figuring out what the brand really stood for.

After a couple of years, we closed the shop for about a year to step back and rethink everything. Somewhere in that time, it clicked. The moments when life felt easiest were the ones when our minds were clear, our bodies were moving, and we stopped forcing things. Mind, body and soul, all in sync. That's flow, and that's what the ³ means now.

In September 2026, we came back with a clearer vision, a simpler look, and the Flow State Collection, the first drop built around that idea.

We're still a small, independent brand run by two people, making clothes we'd actually wear and working on the mindset ourselves. If you're wearing flo³, you're part of that.
