SHIPPING POLICY

All orders take 2-4 business days before arriving to you. We ship out all orders from Ohio, USA. Each order will be shipped with free stickers and in a poly mailer. All sales are final, and we accept no returns.

Please note, once we ship your package, we are not responsible for any issues or delays with UPS/USPS because we are not a shipping carrier. If package is lost, that is the UPS/USPS responsibility to claim and locate package. If you do not accept your package and it is returned to FLO3, you must cover the reshipping fees. 

As of 2026, we are only shipping to the USA, and not international.
